# Directions:

01 - Pat steak cubes dry with paper towels and season thoroughly with salt, pepper, Italian herbs, and smoked paprika.

# Expert Hints:

01 -
  • The meat becomes so tender you can cut it with a fork, almost like a pot roast but with that savory steak flavor we all crave
  • Most of the cooking happens hands-off, leaving you free to handle other things or just relax
  • The garlic butter sauce creates this rich, velvety coating that makes every bite feel luxurious
02 -
  • Searing might feel like an extra step, but it creates those caramelized bits that become the foundation of your entire sauce
  • Dont lift the lid too often during cooking, or youll lose heat and extend the cooking time significantly
03 -
  • Add a splash of heavy cream during the last 10 minutes for the most velvety, restaurant-style sauce
  • Let the steak rest for 5 minutes before serving so the juices redistribute
